Livsee’s Added Value
As Livsee continues expanding and collecting performance data, we’ve been able to model the value Livsee adds for our partners. Livsee converts 2-5 leases per month at our partners’ properties, depending on the properties’ scale and use-case. At current market rents, that means Livsee can drive over a million dollars in annual revenue for a single property. Beyond the immediate revenue impact, Livsee’s first-party data reporting adds long-term value for our partners by giving them the insight they need to improve leasing and retention.

New Partner Feature: Proxy Management
In February, Livsee added Proxy Management to a growing list of client partners. Based in Dallas, TX, Proxy Management is a boutique firm that specializes in asset repositioning. For managers like Proxy, Livsee offers a unique advantage, leveraging renter insights and proprietary pricing tools to build a repositioning strategy, while also boosting marketing outreach and prospect engagement.

For Livsee, Dallas is a valuable market for growth. Like many cities in the South, Dallas saw extensive new developments during the first half of the decade, creating a saturated, competitive market for owners. With vacancy rates at 12% and rents decreasing, the Dallas market is waiting for absorption to catch back up. Livsee can help stabilize the market, promoting the best available pricing to lease units faster.
Livsee Flies South
With CEO Andrea M. Taylor speaking on a panel at Bisnow’s Atlanta Multifamily Conference, the Livsee team caught a plane to the Peach State to connect with real estate and proptech executives from the Southeast and beyond. The panel covered leasing and retention in a saturated market, with a specific focus on how technology can be used to enhance the resident experience in a human-centric industry like housing.


After the panel, the Livsee booth was flooded by multifamily owners, property managers, and marketing consultants, all of whom were eager to learn more about the groundbreaking technology. It was a strong reminder of Livsee’s multilayered value proposition. For asset managers and marketing teams alike, Livsee drives performance.
Interface Multifamily Conference
The Livsee team ventured to the Interface Multifamily Conference in Bloomfield Hills, where we connected with real estate executives from across Southeast Michigan. The panel content covered a range of topics, from the economic conditions that fuel deals to the architectural design that drives apartment value. We also connected with some friends and partners from the Detroit Metropolitan Apartment Association!
