The newest addition to Livsee’s product offerings is a chatbot widget that lives directly on a property’s website to help capture leads, schedule tours, and prompt applications. Fit with additional functionality for capturing new leads, the widget will bring all of Livsee’s native features directly to our clients’ websites. With the widget set to go live next month, we are excited to be the first point of contact on behalf of our partners!
Livsee Partners with Xfinity
Livsee is excited to announce a new partnership with Xfinity to offer Xfinity Internet, TV, Mobile, and Smart Home services to new renters. At move in, Livsee's AI chatbot will automatically prompt residents to sign up, simplifying how renters get connected, and delivering a more streamlined onboarding experience for property teams.
This partnership will help Livsee’s clients:
Reduce friction at move-in with proactive, AI-powered support
Increase resident engagement with automated touch points
Strengthen brand alignment with a modern move-in experience

BOMA & CoreNet 2026 Joint Economic Forecast
The Building Owners and Managers Association of Metro Detroit teamed up with CoreNet to host an economic forecast for commercial real estate. The Livsee team was in attendance as the keynote speaker, CBRE’s Spencer Levy, helped ground macro-economic trends with practical guidance for operators.
Here are some of our takeaways from the event:
37% of GDP growth during the second half of 2025 was due to AI. With the right AI tools, savvy owners and operators will share in that growth.
The key to being more competitive in 2026 is to operate better. If property management teams can give renters the features and amenities that matter most, their portfolio performance will show it.
Durable demand drivers make housing markets resilient in times of change. Cities with jobs and infrastructure are equipped to persist, even when market dynamics shift.
Detroit is cool. If a city has a unique brand, multifamily owners and operators should embrace it.
Weaved throughout Levy’s insights and outlook were his equally powerful opinions about The Beatles, David Bowie, and Madonna, whom he praised as the greatest artists of all time, noting their ability to adapt alongside their audience. It made for a very engaging presentation.
New Enterprise Forum Feature Presentation
On January 15, Livsee CEO, Andrea M. Taylor, took the floor at New Enterprise Forum to give the feature presentation after their pitch pit competition. The event was an incredible opportunity to connect with our partners at Ann Arbor SPARK and Invest Detroit, and it served as a great reminder of Livsee’s continued progress!
Women in Tech Happy Hour
Ann Arbor SPARK teamed up with Shine & Rise to host a Women in Tech Happy Hour at Bamboo Ann Arbor, and the Livsee team was in attendance to connect with our friends and partners in Ann Arbor’s tech ecosystem!
NMHC Annual Meeting
Livsee was in attendance at the 2026 National Multifamily Housing Council Annual Meeting, connecting with industry executives and PropTech innovators. Among multifamily leaders, discussions centered around understanding the headspace of the modern renter. The modern renter socializes less, and with unemployment up among young professionals, affordability is a top-of-mind issue. For both developers and property managers, strategy decisions will shift to meet the needs of these renters.
