There’s no slowing down in multifamily. Invesco and Bozzuto just teamed up on a $1B investment platform—a strong signal that demand for rentals isn’t going anywhere (Bisnow). At the same time, proptech is having a moment, with new funding and acquisitions making headlines almost daily — clear signs that investors and operators alike are betting on innovation to unlock the next wave of growth.
