Livseeā„¢ hosted two meet-up opportunities to create connections, catch up with industry peers, and share insights.Ā

We had the opportunity to share some product previews, and the feedback was amazing.

Expanding Engineering at Livseeā„¢

We’re excited to welcome Markus Howard to the Livseeā„¢engineering team. Born and raised in Boston, MA, Markus is an expert in platform development and will play a crucial role in bringing Livseeā„¢ to market.

But don’t just take our word for it—here’s what Markus had to say about joining the team:

Why did you join Livseeā„¢?

I joined Livseeā„¢ because I wanted to be a part of something transformative. The idea of using AI to redefine how property management operates is very compelling, and I was drawn to Livsee’sā„¢ vision of creating smarter, more efficient solutions for the industry. Being able to continue to learn how to utilize AI and contribute to my existing skills to a startup with a clear purpose, seems like a perfect match. It’s not just about building software - it’s about making an impact in a company and the industry.

What’s your career background and a highlight from it?

My career has been in software engineering and platform development. I’ve had the opportunity to work for small startups to large companies, solving problems and building systems that drive efficiency.Ā  One of the most memorable highlights of my career came early on when I built tools for the Air Force. This experience culminated in an incredible opportunity to present my work at Cape Canaveral and witness a satellite launch!

What are your hobbies or favorite things to do outside of work?

Outside of work I like to watch sports (football, basketball, tennis, track and field). I also like playing sports like basketball and pickleball and hanging out with my friends and family.Ā

Where were you born and where do you live now?

I was born in Boston, MA and still live in Boston.

Anything else you’d like us to know about you?

I like to think of myself as someone who is always curious and constantly learning. I also enjoy taking on challenges. I’m actually training for my first sprint triathlon!
