Livsee Launches RealPage Integration

Livsee now connects natively with RealPage OneSite and Knock CRM – joining its existing Yardi integration to give institutional operators dual compatibility with the two largest property management systems in multifamily.

The bidirectional sync means real-time pricing accuracy, autonomous lead follow-up, and guest card data that updates itself. For teams running Knock CRM, RealPage's purpose-built leasing platform, that means every Livsee conversation feeds directly into the CRM where your leasing team already works.

“By integrating deeply with both RealPage and Yardi, we are removing those manual data entry barriers. Institutional owners can now capture and nurture leads autonomously while maintaining their existing system of record as the single source of truth.”

Andrea Michele Taylor, CEO, Livsee

"By integrating deeply with both RealPage and Yardi, we are removing those manual data entry barriers," said Andrea Michele Taylor, Founder and CEO of Livsee. "Institutional owners can now capture and nurture leads autonomously while maintaining their existing system of record as the single source of truth."

“We aren’t just layered on top of these ecosystems. We have engineered Livsee to align natively with them.”

Arul Selvan, CTO, Livsee

CTO Arul Selvan – who previously built systems inside RealPage itself – led the integration. "We aren't just layered on top of these ecosystems," he said. "We have engineered Livsee to align natively with them."

June Events Recap

NAA Apartmentalize 2026

Rain, humidity, long expo-hall walks, and a live brass band… New Orleans gave us all of it!

Livsee had a seat at the table for this year's NAA Apartmentalize, and the conversations made the trip worth it. Pricing, concessions, and the ongoing challenge of keeping pace with a rental landscape that won't stay still. That's what operators wanted to talk about, and that's exactly the data Livsee is built to surface.

The QR scavenger hunt at our booth in the start-up zone was a hit. Our winner announcement just dropped on LinkedIn, check it out for more details!

Learning AI with Livsee @ WA3

On June 4th, a room full of Ann Arbor operators traded their morning coffee run for something more useful — a breakfast session on what AI actually does in multifamily.

Andrea was joined by Teagan Dixon, faculty at Michigan State's Eli Broad College of Business, and Emmett Barrett, founder of Barrett Solutions – three different vantage points on the same question: how do you separate real AI utility from the noise?

We enjoyed a great turnout for this event and are looking forward to our next event with the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association.

New York Tech Week 2026

New York Tech Week brought 40,000+ founders, investors, and operators to Manhattan and Brooklyn for what's now the largest decentralized tech conference in the world – and Livsee was right in the middle of it all.

We spent the week heads-down on closing our latest funding round, with a few highlights along the way: dinner uptown with investors who get what we're building (s/o VC 414), an lighting round-style interview with George Mikhail, and a roundtable lunch with the MHN team at the Yardi offices next to Grand Central Station.

Great conversations. Incredible energy. More to come soon!

The Future of Leasing Is Built on Renter Conversations with Andrea Taylor – The Apartment Department

From multifamily intrapreneur to proptech founder: Andrea's episode on The Apartment Department (Season 3, Ep. 14) digs into what's actually moving the needle for today's renters, and where most operators are still guessing.

Three questions worth sitting with:

  • Do you understand the community culture your prospects are actually looking for?

  • What's your baseline cadence for renter communication?

  • Can you directly attribute concessions to renter intent — or are you guessing?

If any of those gave you pause, the episode's for you. Andrea joins hosts Anne Baum and Chris Johnson to unpack how agentic AI turns renter conversations into a continuous intelligence layer — informing everything from follow-up timing to pricing strategy.

Our Thoughts

Multifamily Dive

At this year's Apartmentalize, operators detailed concrete AI use cases — generating weekly property reports with actionable insights, drafting resident letters, and prepping for difficult conversations. We were in the room for these conversations. The shift from "if" to "how" is exactly what we're seeing with our own clients.

Grant Thornton

Half of construction and real estate leaders are already piloting AI, and more than a third are scaling it across multiple functions. Fast vendor rollouts create real governance risk – which is exactly why Livsee is built to integrate natively into the systems operators already trust, not bolt on top of them.

GlobeSt

Panelists at Apartmentalize argued that empathy, transparency, and consistent communication (not automation) are what turn renter friction into loyalty. We couldn't agree more. AI should free up the time for that human moment, not replace it.

Inc.

Ikea uses a chatbot to handle 50%+ of repetitive questions and tasks but doesn't fire people. Instead, they retrained 8500+ staff and increased revenue by freeing up humans to have better conversations with AI takes care of everything else.

Get to Know the Team

It’s World Cup season here in North America! In that spirit, we asked the Livsee team to tell us what country they would like to visit or vacation to next. Here are the answers:

  • Arul → Japan. “Good food!”

  • Codi → Japan. “Strong culture and history and the food is great!”

  • Cristina → United States. “Would love to visit and see the famous landmarks.”

  • Joe → Argentina. “Good bbq and great soccer culture.”

  • Eric → Nicaragua. “Surfing, I love Central America.”

  • Andrea → Greece. “Love the food and the beaches.”

Spreading the Word

Livsee is actively raising our next round of funding. If you know a VC or investor who should be paying attention to what's happening in multifamily AI, we'd love an introduction.

Follow along on social for updates, and don't be shy about making an intro to a partner, an investor, or anyone looking for their next big opportunity!
