April was a month of preparation and proof. We finalized a major security milestone, geared up for the industry's biggest marketing conference, and found a reason to bring luggage into a newsletter about leasing software. Here's everything that happened and what's coming next:

Livsee is Heading to AIM

The Apartment Innovation and Marketing Conference runs May 3–6 at the Hyatt Regency in Huntington Beach, CA and Livsee will be on the ground sponsoring Beach Yoga and a VIP-only dinner at Nobu.

Here's where it gets fun. Every time you track down Andrea at one of our events, you'll find a Livsee QR code. Scan the codes, rack up entries, and increase your chances of winning a brand new BÉIS travel bag!

Livsee Welcomes Brent Foster, Customer Success Lead, to the Team

Brent Foster is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in multifamily and commercial real estate, spanning on-site operations and senior leadership roles. He specializes in account management, sales, and client success, with a proven ability to build strategic partnerships that drive performance, retention, and long-term growth. His experience includes managing client relationships across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. Brent has served in multiple Board of Directors roles for National Apartment Association (NAA) affiliates across North and South Carolina, where he has helped strengthen industry relationships within the multifamily sector.

He has held key roles with industry-leading organizations, including Apartments.com and Grace Hill, partnering with clients to optimize marketing strategies, leverage data-driven insights, and improve operational performance.

New Feature Rollout: Cross Marketing

Livsee now offers Cross Marketing for your multifamily portfolio, a new feature that keeps prospects from dropping out of your funnel when their first-choice property isn't the right fit. If a renter's search stalls on one property (wrong price point, wrong availability, wrong neighborhood) Livsee automatically surfaces relevant alternatives across the same ownership group, keeping the lead warm and the conversation moving. What I Learned at Livsee

One of my favorite parts of working at Livsee this past semester has been seeing the company’s growth in real time. Almost every all-hands meeting comes with something new to celebrate, whether it’s new clients or new milestones. I’ve also learned how important clear communication is in a fast-moving environment, especially in a start-up setting. And, getting to be part of a female-led company has given me a great example of what confident, decisive leadership looks like in practice. Overall, I’m really grateful for the experience I have gained at Livsee, I’ve learned a lot and I really enjoyed being a part of it!

Spreading the Word

Livsee is actively raising our next round of funding. If you know a VC or investor who should be paying attention to what's happening in multifamily AI, we'd love an introduction. We're also hiring a Head of Sales, so if you know a closer who wants to be on the ground floor of something real, send them our way.
