The biggest Livsee^™news in March was the announcement of our oversubscribed pre-seed funding round.

The funding round includes VC 414, an early-stage venture capital firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI. Additional participants include Michigan-based Ann Arbor SPARK Capital, Michigan Rise, Exit Quotient Ventures and a distinguished group of strategic investors including principals William Wojdak of Genesis Credit Management, Girish Gehani of Trilogy Real Estate Group and Todd Butler of Sentral.

The announcement was featured in Multifamily Executive, one of the industry’s largest news outlets.

We had the privilege of attending an incredible event in Milwaukee, hosted by Potawatomi Ventures and VC 414. The gathering brought together an impressive network of Wisconsin-based real estate professionals, investors, and innovators. It was a tremendous opportunity to build new connections, share ideas, and gain insight into the region’s growing venture landscape. We're excited about the momentum coming out of this event.

Our first SXSW experience was unforgettable. We stayed at the incredible FounderHouse, hosted by Flying with Founders, where we connected with fellow entrepreneurs and immersed ourselves in founder wellness. From inspiring tech talks and pitch competitions to meeting so many amazing people at MidwestHouse, every moment was packed with energy and innovation.
