We recently partnered with Iota Omega Epsilon, University of Michigan’s premier STEM business fraternity, for an in-depth analysis of Livsee’s performance data and renter insights. Here are some highlights.
35% High Intent Traffic
Using a key word analysis to assess intent, the team found that 35% of prospects that engaged with Livsee showed a high intent to rent. With dozens of interest forms hitting the leasing office each week, it can be difficult for property teams to identify real intent, and quality prospects can get lost in the noise. Livsee helps teams capture demand that would otherwise slip away by continuing to nurture every lead, not just the newest prospects.
11.6 Average Messages Per Conversation
When prospects chat with Livsee, the conversations last, covering topics from pricing and availability to restaurants and entertainment. The Livsee chatbot is trained to go beyond the logistical questions, helping renters with the more human aspects of choosing a place to live.
Touring is the Top Inquiry
Even as technology plays a bigger role in the leasing process, renters still value seeing an apartment before they sign a lease. With integrated tour scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar invites, Livsee is built to complement the touring process. As the product continues to develop and improve, the renter journey—and the data behind it—will be at the center of the innovation.
