When we incorporated Livsee™ in September 2024, I knew we were embarking on an ambitious journey. While statistics show that approximately one in five startups fail within their first year (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics), and wholly women-led companies captured just 1% of VC funding in 2024 (Inc), I was confident in our vision.

We secured funding, launched our product, onboarded our first customers, and reached revenue—all in our first year.

Looking back, what makes me proudest isn’t just the milestones. It’s that we built Livsee™ the right way—focusing on solving real problems for our customers, creating a product that works, and proving that women-led companies can not only survive, but thrive, even in a challenging ecosystem.

We have found success because we started with a strong WHY. My team and I created Livsee™ to empower people. Our AI is designed to assist, not replace, to provide the insights needed to make better decisions without making them on your behalf. Multifamily is a people business. These are people’s homes, and it’s why I have dedicated my career to this industry. I can make the biggest impact using my experience to develop technology that makes everyday life better.

As we look toward 2025, I’m energized by what’s next: continuing to grow our team, expanding our product capabilities, and helping more property teams connect with renters in meaningful ways. This year has been a testament to taking calculated risks, trusting your vision, and remembering that numbers don’t define your potential—they’re just context.

To everyone who supported us this year: thank you. Here’s to pushing boundaries, breaking stereotypes, and building something that lasts.

Sincerely,

Andrea M. Taylor

Livsee™, Founder & CEO
